Brand new and fully equipped Pilates Studio in 71 CR Swart Drive at the Mikasa Lodge.
Studio situated in tranquil surroundings with ample amount of parking and classes are conducted in a professional manner. We particularly cater for clients with back problems, post-surgery clients, who are in need of rehabilitation and anyone interested in improving their core strength, flexibility and overall well-being.
